sse server error in application

Saya telah input data e billing. Kemudian saat minta kode billing muncul code E1. Lalu tidak bisa dicetak. Itu kenapa dan bagaimana solusinya. Terimakasih jawabannya.

ada beberapa alternatif:
1. coba gunakan layanan sse2.pajak.go.id (ada dalam fasilitas djponline.pajak.go.id), untuk dapat memanfaatkan layanan ini harus sudah mendapatkan eFIN (jika belum punya silahkan kontak Account Representative saudara)
2. jika mendesak, rekan bisa hubungi KPP terdekat atau Account Representative di KPP tempat rekan terdaftar untuk dibantu buatkan kode billing melalui layanan billing mandiri KPP.
3. Bisa dicoba kembali dengan sse.pajak.go.id
