SSE anda sudah idle selama 20 menit

kenapa saya tidak bisa membuka sse, setelah mengisi user ID & PW selalu saja kembali ke “anda sudah idle 20 menit” silahkan masukkan kembali user ID dan PO. mohon bantuannya

apakah saat ini layanan ebiling untuk akun Anda sudah normal kembali?
jika belum bisa juga silahkan hubungi Account Representative di KPP tempat Anda terdaftar untuk dibantu secara sistem. Setidaknya mereka akan meneruskan hal ini ke layanan sistem di kantor pusat DJP
