gagal login efaktur

maaf mau nanya,, saya kok gk bisa login efaktur ya setelah saya update windows,, mohon solusinya bagi yang bisa,, terimakasih

mungkin saja ada file sistem (dari e-faktur yang ikut berubah, terhapus dsb) saat proses update windows. Saran saya, coba backup dulu file db (database dari efaktur), silahkan ekstrak (install) ulang program efaktur di folder yang sama (sebelumnya rename folder efaktur yang lama), lalu paste db backup ke folder instalasi baru, dan jalankan program efaktur..
